Watcher is strong and easy to play, even in a deck that isn't dedicated to fire-elementals. However, a healthy PC fighting it gets to draw an additional destiny card. It's best to use Watcher once all of the opponent's PCs are all wounded so that the effect doesn't activate. Its reward is also useful due to its hand disruption ability, which can break the opponent's strategy by rendering a useful card useless. There is, of course, the unfortunate risk of playing the opponent's action cards hidden, so proper use depends on the opponent's deck and how well the user knows it.
