Internet History

Name Creation

I don't really remember how I came up with my name. I just know that when I came up with it, I thought it was great and original, until people asked me if I got my name from Kula Diamond, a character from the King of Fighters series. Then, the originality of my name went down.

Animal Crossing Society

I discovered this site while browsing through GameFAQs on Universal Codes for Animal Crossing. I managed to join the site about 2 weeks after it opened. When I first joined, there was this huge fiasco involving 2 users having cybersex in the chat. Now, you see, this was the first forum I've joined. It was the beginning of my internet life. I acted like a total n00b during my first few months since I barely knew any internet etiquette (i.e. bad grammar and not knowing how to use the forum). After a while, I grew used to it and began to make friends, though I think some people still think I'm a n00b. The site lasted a good 2 years before dying out since the admin got too busy.

Gametopia

Gametopia was a site I found through ACS. I first joined the Gamer's Club, but the admin didn't know how to manage a forum so he merged Gamer's Club with another forum, Gametopia. The site was fun but very inactive. There was a cool storyline involving saving Gametopia from enemies and an RPG mod installed to play the storyline battles. The site lasted 3-4 years until the admin left and went to college. His little brother took over but got bored with it rather quick. The admin came back and reorganized the site. It is now World of Gametopia, but it's still as dead as ever.

GameFAQs

After ACS died, there wasn't much major forums for me to go to except Gametopia so I remembered GFAQs and checked out some of the boards. I don't remember exactly what I did there when I first joined but somewhere within the span of a year, I found the .hack boards and found my calling. So now, I just hang around the .hack//Quarantine and .hack//GU: Rebirth board with a few visits to Anime and Manga: Other Titles, Current Events and the Star Wars board. If I had joined a few years sooner, I would have LUE access but I didn't.

.hack//Wiki

I began .hack//Wiki in an effort to bringing facts to the .hack fans and breaking the false info and rumors. I am sick and tired of people calling Legend of the Twilight "DUSK" and am also tired of people believing those crappy Easter Eggs in the 4th Liminality disk.

Interests

Anime and Manga

The kind of anime and manga I like are romance, fan service and action. My standards aren't very high so I rarely call an anime or manga crap.

Digimon

Digimon Seasons 1-2 > You
Damn the ending of the second season. Izzy and Mimi were supposed to be together.

Games

I like RPG games so I have a bunch of those like the Final Fantasy games, Legend of Dragoon and the Chrono Cross series to name a few. They should so make a sequel or remake of Legend of Dragoon and actually make another Chrono game. I actually like Chrono Cross.

Real Life

My real life info is unknown, except that I am 20... or am I? =P

Achievements

In no specific order:

• On March 15, 2007, I challenged America, and survived.
• Created .hack//Wiki.
• Created HoL and inadvertently took over as leader. >_>
• Started an HoL scanlation team, which has currently stopped because of no translators.
• Some other things I can't remember right now.

The Kima Incident

The Kima Incident refers to a user that used several usernames but was mostly known as "Kima", "Souten no Balmung" and "dothackersan". This user was a popular person on the GameFAQs .hack boards where he would help users with the .hack//Games. I met him in the Quarantine board and noticed that he had a certain amount of respect from users, so I nicknamed him the ".hack God", much to his dismay. But I arrived far past Kima's glory days. About a year or so after Quarantine was released, Kima began to get bored, and to make up for it, he began to make up information that he claimed to have come from .hack//Analysis. Examples of this is Hotaru being a "Scroll Castor" (A Class that was similar to Wavemasters but had a 70% discount on scrolls), the Longhorn Grunty being a "Warrior Grunty", that Haseo was an unnamed class that could only be reached after maxing 2 characters, and other things I can't remember right now. And we believed them. Kima was credible at the time so we went with it. As time went on, we found out we were wrong so we began to flame Kima. He then began to go a bit crazy. He'd make an account, start spamming, get it banned and then repeat. So, because it was such a headache keeping track of all the .hack info, I made the Wiki AND made it a policy to give a source and, if needed, a scan of the info to prove a point. This is why me and CR are pretty damn skeptical when it comes to things.

Why Do I Hate Dothackers?

Moral of the story: Dothackers sucks, especially the power-hungry mods.
