Appearance

Tsukasa is a young silver-haired boy clad in beige robes. He has two red wave tattoos on his face and almost always carries a silver staff with him. As a gift Subaru modifies Tsukasa's avatar changes into a newer version after he regains his memory. Tsukasa still resembles his previous self however, there are noticeable changes. His hood is now connected by a large medallion, the end of his sleeves are folded back and the design for his robes are also different.

Personality

Tsukasa is a kind person, he enjoys playing The World and spending time with Subaru. When the data from the Akashic Records were altered, the Chrono Core installed in his character also held an effect. Tsukasa began acting strange, and portions of his memory vanished. Tsukasa acted like his old self, taking a pessimistic view of the world, forgetting about Subaru and causing meaningless destruction. After his thoughts are linked through Tokio, Tsukasa regains his memories and returns to normal.

In the real world, Tsukasa is a woman named An Shoji (荘司 杏). It is assumed that she is still in a relationship with Mariko Misono, the player behind Subaru.

History

Tsukasa reappears in The World R:X, he is a friend of Kite's and a level 52 Wavemaster that possesses a Chrono Core. In access four he once again possess the ability to control a the Twilight Guardian. After attacking a group of players he is approached by Trommel, a member of Schicksal. Tsukasa is defeated and taken by Trommel to extract his Chrono Core.

Trommel gets the core to appear and seals Tsukasa's the ability to use the Guardian. However, on Subaru's request Tokio arrives to rescue him. Though outmatched, the disk used to transfer Tokio into the game activates linking his thoughts to Tsukasa's allowing him to restore his memory. The situation reverses, the barrier breaks and Tokio copies the ability to summon the guardian. Trommel is defeated, although Geist is the one who finishes him. After beating him, Tsukasa joins Tokio's party and adventures with him. Before Tsukasa departs, Subaru presents him with a feather expressing mutual affection. In Lumina Cross Tsukasa spots Tri Edge (Azure Flame Kite), mistaking him for Kite, believing that he is an acquaintance at the least. When Haseo was fighting him, Azure Flame Kite came and protected him.
