Star Fish is a strange monster since it works best in a deck with a decent number of fire-elemental cards and is also best used against a deck heavy with fire-elemental cards. Its strength is well worth its simple play requirement, but it gives the opponent the opportunity to play an action for free and all the user can do is hope the opponent doesn't have an action to play.
