Sora 2.0 prevents the opponent from protecting his or her PCs by avoiding attacks, making it especially useful in combination with other direct-wound effects. The problem with its useful effect is that Sora is risky to bring to play if it doesn't replace a Sora card, so it's best to do so or play it as early as possible.
