RaJuk Zot's effect can provide a considerable boost to a Wavemaster depending on Destiny and is best used with other Destiny-manipulation cards if possible. The downside to using it is that a PC must be logged out to activate it, but considering it can easily be logged back in at the start of the next turn, the only way this makes a difference is if it involves battle reassignments, which can happen if the chosen PC is assigned to an unresolved battle.
