Mistral is a very useful PC as it has high Destiny and an effect that aids in Destiny manipulation, allowing the user to choose a high-Destiny card from the discard pile and use it as the Destiny draw. It can be especially useful to compliment Heavy Axeman decks, as all cards related to Heavy Axeman tend to have very small Destiny numbers.
