Metal Eraser is powerful, but it requires 2 cards as a sacrifice. In a deck with many easily-playable cards, this may not be much of a problem, and the strength and reward are well worth it as it provides Destiny manipulation, and either of the two revealed cards can be played immediately, which is always helpful.
