Kouta Hayami (速水幸太) is the little brother of Akira and Fumikazu. Only five years old, he had trouble understanding why his big brother fell into a coma, or why his family grew so depressed afterwards. However, this lack of understanding helped out his sister, who was able to talk to him about her problems without fear. Despite his young age, Kouta was helpful in allowing Akira to maintain her sanity during the Twilight Incident.
