Hysteria was built for nothing less than a dedicated Witch deck. It is a powerful storable monster, and the play requirements aren't actually that difficult to fulfill. Its reward is quite useful since it gives its user the ability to destroy any elemental card of his or her choosing. Its only true drawback is the abysmally low Destiny value.
