Hirameki is a powerful Blademaster action due to its potential boost of +5 strength. Two Hirameki cards plus one other action that provides a beneficial effect when the PC wins its battle should generally be enough of a boost for the PC to fight off most enemies; one additional Hirameki should allow it to easily beat even the most powerful monster card. Obviously, Hirameki's strength lies in placing it in an action-heavy deck, and it's most useful against any deck that has at least one very powerful monster (such as a Phase). It's not worth it to place Hirameki in a deck with few action cards since its potential wouldn't have much of a chance to show itself.
