Grand Mage College is fairly easy to play, is fairly strong, and its reward allows the user to play another fire-element card immediately. This definitely suits the fast-paced style of fire-elemnt decks. Its effect is somewhat useful in a deck heavy with Wizard cards, especially if there are effects in the deck that allow non-storable monsters to go to the portal. It's low destiny is something to take into account, however.
