General Armor is strong and fairly easy to play, especially in a lightning-element deck. General Armor's reward forces three cards from the opponent's discard pile to be placed underneath the deck. Since the opponent gets to choose which cards are moved, the usefulness of the reward is rather low, but it still makes those three cards harder to bring into play. General Armor is far from a technical card; its main use is quick, raw power.
