In the real world, Elk is played by Kaoru Ichinose, a 23 year old from Kanagawa Prefecture. It is currently unknown if Kaoru received counseling for his Internet addiction during the three years following the events of .hack//G.U., and if he still retains the personality traits of his former character, Endrance.
