Deadly Flash was a computer virus created in the year 2003. It caused the monitors of infected systems to flash at regular intervals, in such a way that it would trigger seizures in those who looked at it. The programmer of the virus, a Russian-Japanese man named Yuri Kaczynski Seto, was the first person sentenced to death under the WNC's (World Network Commission) Cybercrime laws.

His sentence came under appeal in 2010 during the Pluto Again incident.
