The removal of five Water-element monsters isn't particularly costly when using a Water-based deck, but it does make it difficult to use multiple copies of Crab Brigade. Its Reward does, however, allow you to hide two cards whether they are actions or simply used to fulfill the conditions of other Water-based monsters.
