• This episode actually overlaps into .hack//G.U., as it ends with Haseo being Data Drained by Azure Kite.
• It is shown that Saburou observed the fight between Haseo and Azure Kite, which was not visible in the game.
• The way Azure Kite and Haseo fought in the anime was different from Rebirth. During the fight, it does not show Haseo using his scythe.
