Although Cannibal requires that another goblin be sacrificed to play it, that goblin can easily be brought back through the effect of its Reward. However, use of multiple Cannibals in one deck necessitates a high reliance on storable goblins, which all tend to be either weak or fairly strong but with low Destiny.
