Balmung 2.0's special effect supports all PCs, and its To Play cost isn't difficult to pull off. Not only does it have a strength of 2, but if any PC is up against multiple enemies, two Destiny cards can be drawn, allowing for a potential Destiny boost of 10 in one battle. This can also be used with Kite's effect to choose between two Destiny cards twice. Unfortunately, the effect can't be used against a single strong monster.
